One you set dont-ask-question, the only way to change the scanner import folder and to reenable the tag question is to cat h the "Import Settings" clicable line during the second import duration. I tried to click on it multiple times, but ot doesn't accept clicks. This is a Windows Photo Gallery shortcoming lack of feature , not a driver issue. Windows Photo Gallery is deficient in this manner and is not usable. Sorry this didn't help.
