In my opinion, I would completely remove the driver and package and reinstall it. Or install the lastest driver version for that device.
I am aware that might be some time consuming if this is a production environment and you have to move lots of printer objects depending on that driver Apart from that you can try some DR technics such as restore or snapshots is you have it place and it would apply.
We tried removing the driver and package and reinstalled but having the same problem. We know the driver is fine as we are using it on another windows R2 server without any problems.
When you say the driver is fine and you are printing correctly from another server. Are you using the same printer device. Or printing to different printer evenif on the same model? Sign In Help. Turn on suggestions.

Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Message 3 of 3. You forgot the ESC character for the header and trailer. Then it will definitely work. Hope this works. The problem is the same. Now, I don't know if the extra PJL page is linked to the firmware but if it is, is there a plan from Xerox to do a new firmware for this printer model that will support Windows 7?
The firmware on the Phaser are OS independant, I will make sure the firmware gets posted under Windows 7 so this confusion does not happen in the future. I'm not exactly sure at this time what is causing the extra page. Does this happen from any application you try to print from or just certain applications? Is using a PostScript driver an option? Another thing you may try is using the Windows Vista PCL driver that is specifically made for the That driver can be downloaded from here , just make sure to choose Vista or Vista x64 as your OS.
I'm having the same issue but with a ColorQube The PS driver is not an option because it does not support printing 2 pages to a side. I would love some help with this. I've tried all PCL driver options and they all have the same issue.
I tried switching the print processor from the Xerox one to winprint RAW and it's still printing out the page.
