The prescribing practitioner must contact an enrolled pharmacy and arrange for Cabenuva to be shipped directly to their office. If Cabenuva is filled at an enrolled pharmacy, the participant will not have any out-of-pocket costs for the medication.

If the provider is not an ADAP Plus provider, the participant will be responsible for both the cost of the office fee and the cost of the drug administration.
